Ingredients
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 apples
- 3 tablespoon quark
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon, leveled agave syrup or other sweetener

- Peel the apples and remove them from the core. Peel the bananas as well and puree them with the apples. Then add the quark and milk (maybe a little more milk depending on the size of the bananas and apples) until it is thick enough to fit through a straw.
- Season with agave syrup or other sweetener and you`re done.
- Very healthy and without carbohydrates.
