Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g suar
  • 50 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 250 g preservin suar, (2: 1)

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Let the sugar caramelize in the saucepan and deglaze with the juice. Add the apples and preserving sugar and bring everything to the boil. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Fill into glasses and close tightly.
  2. Delicious with waffles or on bread rolls.
