  • 350 g carrot (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 piece (s) ginger (approx. 0 g)
  • 1 small Piece (s) vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (e.g. hazelnut or almond butter)
  • 2 tablespoon berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. Peel the apples and remove the core and cut the pulp into small pieces. Peel the ginger and dice very finely. Put 200 ml of water in a saucepan, add apples, carrots, ginger and vanilla pod and cook in a closed saucepan for 10 minutes. Remove the piece of vanilla pod and use a hand blender to chop the carrot and apple mixture. Just before serving, mix the puree with the nut butter, pour into small bowls and serve with the berries. Tastes warm and cold.
