Ingredients
- 1 apple, e.g. Braeburn
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 tablespoon nuts and seeds, mixed or sunflower seeds
- 3 wild garlic leaves
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- 1 squirt lemon juice, possibly

- Cut the apple and the celery stalks into pieces, the wild garlic into strips.
- Mix a dressing from oil, apple balsamic vinegar and spices. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, season to taste and let the salad stand for about 1 hour.
