Instructions

1. Mix the dry ingredients well in a microwave-safe cup, then add the milk and applesauce and stir until smooth with a fork. Finally stir in the apple pieces.
2. Bake in the microwave for 1 minute, then continue to bake in steps of 20 seconds until the cake is firm and cooked on the surface.
3. Also tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream on the warm cake.
