Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 apple (e.g. Pink Lady)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 5 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dill, freshly chopped or frozen
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- some pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes. Mix with the lemon juice. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, remove the core, also dice and add to the apple.
- Add the yogurt and dill and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Cold spots.
