Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 ml egg liqueur
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the cast:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 0.25 ¼ cube palm fat

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan and dust with flour.
  3. Beat the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add the eggs one by one and stir in the egg liqueur. Remove two tablespoons of the flour and sprinkle over the apple cubes. Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter. Fold the apples into the batter.
  4. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out. Bake the cake for 50 - 60 minutes (chopsticks test). Then take the cake out of the oven and leave it in the tin for another 5 minutes, then place it on a wire rack.
  5. Melt the chocolate and 1/4 cube of Palmin in a water bath and cover the cake with it.
