Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 250 g fi (s), fresh
  • 750 g preservin suar 1: 1
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Chop the figs too. Mix the apples and figs with the preserving sugar and leave to stand overnight. The next day, cook with cinnamon and lemon juice for 10-15 minutes or according to the instructions on the sugar pack. If necessary, puree a little with the blender. Fill into glasses while still hot.
