Ingredients

  • 200 ml water or apple juice
  • 3 apples
  • 10 kiwi berries, possibly more
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. A vessel is still needed, e.g., a wide measuring cup in which you can mix everything together and a hand blender.
  2. Squeeze half a lemon and place in a container with the desired amount of sugar. Peel the 3 apples, cut out the core and dice the apples. Add the apple cubes to the lemon-sugar mixture and add 10-15 kiwi berries. Add the water or apple juice and puree everything.
  3. Enjoy the smoothie.
