Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml sugar
  • 2 large kiwi (s)
  • 1 large apple

Instructions

  1. Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes to form a syrup. Peel the kiwi fruit and apple, cut into small pieces, puree and add to the syrup. Let it simmer again for about 5 minutes. Then let it cool down and pour it into a glass bottle.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
