Ingredients- 1 leek, small
- 1 apple, granny
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- sugar

- Clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Peel, core and roughly grate the apple. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Season the marinade to taste and mix with the salad. Sprinkle roasted sunflower seeds on top.
