  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 large kiwi (s), possibly 2 small ones
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped Skyr vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and kiwi, wash the apple, remove the stem, blossom and core. Cut the fruit into pieces and put in a blender. Add the skyr, oatmeal and milk and mix for about 1 minute on the highest setting.
  2. The amount makes 2 glasses.
