Apple-Banana Smoothie with Orange and Carrot

A thick vitamin smoothie made from carrots, apples, bananas, and orange gives bright colors to a gray day and saturates the body with useful minerals and fiber. And it prepares in minutes!

Ingredients

  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and chop coarsely.
  2. Core the apple and peel it. Cut the apple into large pieces. Cut the carrots into a thin semicircle.
  3. Cut the orange into halves, pierce the pulp of each half with a fork in several places to make the juice stand out better. Squeeze the juice from two orange halves into a plate. Place the chopped carrots in a blender bowl with a metal knife attachment.
  4. Grind the carrots at high speed for 1 minute. Add banana, chop for another 30 seconds.
  5. Add apples to the bowl. Grind everything together in puree for another 30 seconds. Pour in orange juice last and grind for another 1 minute, until smooth.
  6. The resulting vitamin smoothie is quite thick, you can even eat it with a spoon. If desired, the smoothie can be diluted with fruit juice, milk, kefir, or yogurt.
  7. Pour the carrot and fruit smoothies into glasses. Such a bright drink will give you strength – and a good mood for the whole day is guaranteed!
