A thick vitamin smoothie made from carrots, apples, bananas, and orange gives bright colors to a gray day and saturates the body with useful minerals and fiber. And it prepares in minutes!

Ingredients
Apple – 1 pc.
Banana – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Orange – 1 pc.
Directions
Peel the banana and chop coarsely.
Core the apple and peel it. Cut the apple into large pieces. Cut the carrots into a thin semicircle.
Cut the orange into halves, pierce the pulp of each half with a fork in several places to make the juice stand out better. Squeeze the juice from two orange halves into a plate. Place the chopped carrots in a blender bowl with a metal knife attachment.
Grind the carrots at high speed for 1 minute. Add banana, chop for another 30 seconds.
Add apples to the bowl. Grind everything together in puree for another 30 seconds. Pour in orange juice last and grind for another 1 minute, until smooth.
The resulting vitamin smoothie is quite thick, you can even eat it with a spoon. If desired, the smoothie can be diluted with fruit juice, milk, kefir, or yogurt.
Pour the carrot and fruit smoothies into glasses. Such a bright drink will give you strength – and a good mood for the whole day is guaranteed!
