Instructions

  1. For the dough, dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk. Use the dough hook of a food processor to mix the rest of the milk and flour, 75 g sugar, 50 g soft butter and the two eggs into a smooth dough.
  2. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 45 minutes, then place in a greased baking sheet and spread evenly with floured hands. Cover with a cloth and let rise for another 20-30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare a cinnamon butter. Mix 200 g soft butter, 75 g sugar and the cinnamon until creamy. Keep everything cool.
  4. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut into approx. 1 x 1 x 1 cm cubes and mix with the lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  5. After the walking time, press small hollows tightly into the dough with a teaspoon and fill them with the cinnamon butter. Then spread the apples on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and flaked almonds again and put the tray in the preheated oven. Bake on the second rail from the bottom for 20-25 minutes.
