  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 2 tablespoon brandy or lemon juice
  • 125 ml beer, light
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the apples with brandy or lemon juice.
  2. Make a dough from the remaining ingredients, without the egg whites. Fold in the whipped egg whites.
  3. Dip the apple slices in the beer batter and bake them in clarified butter in a pan.
  4. Vanilla ice cream tastes good with it.
