Ingredients

  • 1 bottle calvados
  • 100 ml grenadine
  • 250 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • 1 apple, sour variety
  • 20 mint leaves
  • Ice (about 2 ice cube trays)
  • possibly apple juice

Instructions

  1. Put the calvados, grenadine, lemon juice and orange juice in a bowl and stir together. Now add the thinly sliced apple (with or without the peel) and then the ginger ale.
  2. Just before serving, add the ice cubes and mint leaves to the punch.
  3. If the punch is too strong for you, you can dilute it with apple juice to taste.
