Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 150 g rusks or biscuit crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 75 g butter, melt

For covering:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 75 g cane suar
  • 500 g quark, low-fat quark or low-fat cream cheese

  • 750 g apples, cut into thin wedes
  • 50 g almond (s), pens
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs, sugar and butter. Press down on the bottom in a springform pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, stir in the quark. Then put it on the floor.
  3. Place the apples on the curd mixture. Sprinkle with the almonds and sugar.
  4. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
  5. Separate the edge of the mold with a knife and let it cool down completely.
