Ingredients

  • kg 1,200 apples
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 20 candy (s) (caramel), preferably Werthers Echte

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples, bring to the boil with the apple juice, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
  2. In the meantime, melt the candies with a little apple juice. When they are dissolved, add to the apples. Add the preserving sugar, stir well, cook according to the package instructions and then pour into the prepared glasses, then turn them upside down for 5 minutes.
