- 2 small apples, tart ones
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 ml orange juice
- 4 teaspoons mark (sea buckthorn), with honey
- 150 ml juice (carrot)
- Apple, for garnish

- Peel and quarter the apples and remove the core. Roughly grate the apple pieces, put them in the blender and drizzle with lemon juice. Add orange juice and sea buckthorn pulp and puree finely. Add the carrot juice and mix everything vigorously again. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with apple wedges.
