Ingredients
- 240 g millet, cooked, approx. 80 ross weiht
- 250 g carrot (s), finely rated
- 60 g iner root, with rated
- 450 g apples, rouhly rated
- 50 g leek, frozen
- 150 g sunflower seeds, roast and rind
- 1 tablespoon herbal salt
- 1 pinch (s) raw cane sugar
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
- 170 g buckwheat, rind = 1 cup

- Mix all ingredients except for the frying fat, shape approx. 10 patties with damp hands, no additional liquid required.
- Fry on both sides in the hot frying fat over reduced heat, approx. 3 minutes per side.
