Ingredients

  • 240 g millet, cooked, approx. 80 ross weiht
  • 250 g carrot (s), finely rated
  • 60 g iner root, with rated
  • 450 g apples, rouhly rated
  • 50 g leek, frozen
  • 150 g sunflower seeds, roast and rind
  • 1 tablespoon herbal salt
  • 1 pinch (s) raw cane sugar
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
  • 170 g buckwheat, rind = 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the frying fat, shape approx. 10 patties with damp hands, no additional liquid required.
  2. Fry on both sides in the hot frying fat over reduced heat, approx. 3 minutes per side.
