Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, juicy
  • Lemon juice
  • Rum or calvados
  • 75 g butter
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 150 g almond (s), rated

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, cut them into eighths and place them in a greased springform pan or baking dish like roof tiles. Drizzle with lemon juice and rum or calvados.
  2. Beat the butter until frothy, add sugar and mix in the grated almonds well.
  3. Spread the almond mixture over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or ice-cold whipped cream.
