Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 125 g butter
- 230 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 250 g natural yourt
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 260 g flour
- 100 g chocolate, rated or in chunks
- 0.5 ½ lemon juice, from half a lemon

- Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a 26 cm springform pan.
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and eggs with a hand mixer on the highest setting for 2 - 3 minutes until creamy. Add the natural yoghurt, pudding powder, baking powder and flour and stir everything carefully. Then stir in the apple pieces and chocolate chunks with a spoon. Pour the mixture into the greased springform pan and bake on the middle rack for about 60 minutes. If the dough gets too dark, cover the mold with aluminum foil.
- After the cake has cooled down, dust the cake with powdered sugar or coat it with couverture.
- Freshly whipped cream tastes good with it.
- The recipe is designed for 12 servings.
