Ingredients
Apples – 2-3 pcs. (250 g)
Cream – 80 ml
Butter – 150 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 200 g
Cocoa powder – 50 g
Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Sugar – 150 g
Vanillin – 1/4 teaspoon
or vanilla sugar – 10 g
Powdered sugar (for sprinkling on muffins) – 1 tbsp
Directions
In a deep bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Mix well.
Drive eggs into another container, add sugar and vanillin.
Beat with a whisk until fluffy.
Melt the butter and cool.
Add the butter to the dough and beat. We turn on the oven to heat up to 170 degrees. In several passes, add a mixture of dry ingredients to the dough.
We knead well. Add cream.
Mix everything well. Peel the apples and rub them on a coarse grater.
Add apples to the dough. We spread the dough into prepared cupcake molds, filling them almost to the brim. The cupcakes will rise, but not very much.
We bake chocolate muffins with apples in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. We check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden skewer – it should remain dry.
Sprinkle the cooled apple and chocolate muffins with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit!
