  • 1 ½ liter apple cider
  • 0.7 liters sparkling wine, dry
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g suar
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the sugar and top up with apple cider until the strawberries are covered. Add the mint leaves.
  2. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours. Then fill up with the pre-cooled sparkling wine and the rest of the cider that has also been pre-cooled and serve.
