- 1 ½ liter apple cider
- 0.7 liters sparkling wine, dry
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g suar
- 8 mint leaves

- Wash the strawberries and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the sugar and top up with apple cider until the strawberries are covered. Add the mint leaves.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours. Then fill up with the pre-cooled sparkling wine and the rest of the cider that has also been pre-cooled and serve.
