Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 250 ml water, cow`s milk, soy milk or similar.
  • possibly honey or agave syrup
  • 1 apple
  • fruits, your choice (e.g. strawberries)
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Put the liquid in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the apple as desired and cut into small pieces. As soon as the liquid boils, add the oatmeal and stir. Cook for about a minute on the highest setting and stir so that the porridge does not burn. Stir in a little honey or agave syrup for a little sweetness. Season the porridge with cinnamon. Then add about half of the apple to the mash, turn down a little and let simmer until the mash has the desired consistency. When the porridge is ready, you fill it in a bowl and spread the remaining apple pieces, if necessary strawberries and a little more cinnamon over it.
