Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sweetener
  • oil

Instructions

  1. First mix the flour, milk and mineral water into a smooth dough and add sweetener to taste. Add about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir well again.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan. Peel and core two apples and cut into thin slices. Put about a quarter of the batter in the hot pan and spread a quarter of the apple slices on top. When the bottom of the pancake is nice and golden brown, turn it over and bake the other side as well. Keep warm or serve immediately (then they taste best) and then bake the remaining pancakes in the same way.
  3. You can sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar or serve with vanilla sauce, ice cream or red jelly.
