Ingredients

  • 200 g mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt fat. Beat the sugar and eggs until foamy, slowly add the fat. Rub the peel off the orange. Mix the flour, salt, pudding powder, baking powder, orange peel, vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and stir in.
  2. Peel, core and roughly grate the apple. Stir into the dough with the water.
  3. Bake 8 waffles one after the other in the hot waffle iron, keep warm. Mix the rest of the cinnamon with the powdered sugar and strain over the waffles before eating.
  4. Applesauce, whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream go well with this, depending on your taste.
