Ingredients

  • 400 whole wheat flour
  • 200 cane sugar
  • 250 butter
  • 5 large apples
  • 1 lemon (s), organic
  • 1 pack raspberries
  • 1 pack blueberries

Instructions

  1. Switch on the oven to 180 ° C circulating air. Rub a glass baking pan lightly with butter. Cut the apples into 1 cm cubes and place in the baking pan. Mix in the raspberries, grate a little lemon peel on top, drizzle some honey and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Put whole wheat flour and cane sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the butter in small pieces and rub with your hands until it becomes roughly crumbly. Mix in the blueberries. Pour the mixture over the apples. Put on a glass lid and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes with the lid on. Then bake without a lid for about 15 minutes until the crumbs are lightly browned.
  3. The crumble can be served straight out of the oven. Vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream, vanilleskyr or cream tastes good with it.
