You can prepare a traditional apple crumble with oatmeal for breakfast or afternoon tea. This is a nutritious, but at the same time easy dessert for those who follow the figure, but do not deny themselves delicious!
Peel the apples and cut them into small wedges or cubes. Add cinnamon and about 40 grams of sugar (if the apples are sour, you can add 50 grams, it all depends on your taste). Stir.
Combine flour with remaining sugar, oatmeal and salt.
Melt the butter and add to the dry mixture. You can stir everything with your hands to make a crumb.
Sprinkle the resulting crumb evenly, lightly tamping, on the apples. Send the crumble to an oven preheated to 200 C for 40-50 minutes.
As a result, the apples are juicy and tender, under a layer of crispy flour and oatmeal.
Ready-made apple crumble with oatmeal can be served with ice cream as a dessert or just for coffee or tea.
