Ingredients

  • 5 apples, green
  • 100 g sultanas
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g suar

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and then cut them into eighths. Mix the eighths with the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients. Let rest a little.
  2. For the crumble, put butter, flour and sugar in a bowl and grate with your hands until the crumble is formed.
  3. Grease a suitable baking dish or baking tin. Spread the apples that were set aside with the resulting juice and cover with the sprinkles so that the apples are no longer visible.
  4. Put in the oven preheated to 180 ° and bake until the crumble is golden brown.
  5. Preferably enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. But it is also a pleasure without the ice cream.
