  • 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch herbal salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the pickles. Peel and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Mix everything with the sour cream and season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, pour some chili powder over it.
  3. It also tastes good with rye bread, pumpernickel, jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes or fried potatoes.
