- 250 g quark 20% or low-fat quark
- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute) or sugar
- some cinnamon
- some cream cheese
- some xylitol (sugar substitute)

- First peel and core the apples. Then cut these into pieces approx. 1 cm in size.
- Then melt the butter in a pan (I use salted ones, it brings out the taste better). When it has become liquid, add the xucker. When the liquid begins to brown, add the chopped apple and let everything caramelize together.
- Meanwhile, mix the quark with a little Xucker and fill it into small glasses or bowls.
- When the apple pieces turn slightly brown, add a pinch of cinnamon (can be more). Let everything brown for another 1 - 2 minutes.
- Spread the apple pieces on the quark and finally a dollop of cream cheese on top as a topping.
