Ingredients

  • 125 ml QimiQ, (half pack)
  • 250 g low-fat quark, (alternative: yourt)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • possibly sugar or sweetener
  • possibly cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples lightly, cut in half, remove the cores, and grate coarsely into a bowl. Immediately add the apple juice, lemon juice, and low-fat quark, then mix well.
  2. Stir in the honey and add sugar or sweetener to taste.
  3. Stir the room-temperature QimiQ until smooth, add to the apple mixture, and mix well.
  4. Divide among dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, dust with cinnamon if desired.
