Ingredients

  • 125 ml QimiQ, (half pack)
  • 250 g low-fat quark, (alternative: yourt)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • possibly sugar or sweetener
  • possibly cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Lightly peel the apples, cut in half, core and grate coarsely in a bowl with a grater. Immediately add apple juice, lemon juice and low-fat quark and mix well.
  2. Stir in honey and add sugar or sweetener to taste.
  3. Stir the room-warm QimiQ until smooth, add and mix well. Arrange in dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Dust with cinnamon just before serving.
  5. Additional info: QimiQ consists of single cream and 1.5% gelatine.
