Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g mararine
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 40 g almond (s), sliced
  • 1 handful raisins, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease 4 refractory bowls with a diameter of 10 cm. Peel, halve and core the apples. Divide the apple halves into the bowls, sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture and add the raisins
  2. For the dough, stir the margarine and sugar until foamy, add the egg and finally stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter evenly over the apples and sprinkle with the almonds.
  3. Bake at approx. 200 ° C top and bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes and serve while still warm.
  4. You can prepare the bowls a few hours in advance and then put them in the oven at the desired time. When I have guests, I put the bowls in the oven during the main course. The timing then usually fits perfectly.
