Ingredients

  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 80 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 handful chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 small onion (s), finely diced
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the apple juice, honey, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar together well. Add the parsley, chives and diced onions to the dressing. Fold in the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Let the dressing steep in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
  2. Goes well with the Frisée and Lollo Rosso. If you want, you can also cut an apple into fine slices and add it to the salad.
