Ingredients

  • 700 g apples, peeled and without a core
  • 600 g juice, (elderberry juice)
  • 700 g plums, pitted
  • g 1,000 preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Halve and stone the plums, peel the apples, quarter and core, now cut into leaves.
  2. Mix the apples, plums and elderberry juice together (I made the juice in the steam juicer days before), now add the preserving sugar, as well as the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Now boil for 4 minutes, then add the rum and pour into the prepared twist - off glasses.
  3. I got 10.5 glasses of 230 ml each.
