Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon grapes
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon almond sticks

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into fine slices without peeling. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Toast the almond sticks.
  3. Mix the cream with honey and marinate the grapes in it for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix the apples with the grape cream, season with cinnamon and garnish with the toasted almond sticks.
