Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoon grapes
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon almond sticks

- Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into fine slices without peeling. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
- Toast the almond sticks.
- Mix the cream with honey and marinate the grapes in it for 10 minutes.
- Mix the apples with the grape cream, season with cinnamon and garnish with the toasted almond sticks.
