Apple, Grapefruit and Pomegranate Smoothie

A bright vitamin smoothie made from apple, grapefruit, and pomegranate seeds turns out to be thick, with an unusual, refreshing taste. The charge of vivacity is provided!

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate – 1 pc. (400 g or 100 g of grains)
  • Grapefruit – 1 pc. (250 g)
  • Apple – 1 pc. (120 g)

Directions

  1. Wash the pomegranate, peel, and separate the seeds from the peel. Measure out approximately 100 g
  2. Peel the grapefruit, divide into wedges, and remove the white partitions. I got 160 g of peeled grapefruit pulp.
  3. Wash the apple, cut it into 4 parts, and remove the core. Cut the peeled pulp into small slices. Combine grapefruit slices, diced apples, and pomegranate seeds in a blender bowl.
  4. Whisk on high speed for about 3-4 minutes, until smooth. Most of the pomegranate seeds should be ground, only a small part of the small pieces will remain.
  5. Apple, grapefruit, and pomegranate smoothie is ready!
