Ingredients

  • 125 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 600 g apple
  • 120 g horseradish, from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • 3 carnation (s)
  • some allspice grains

Instructions

  1. Bring the vinegar, honey, cloves and allspice to a boil. Peel, core and coarsely grate the apples, then add to the vinegar and stir. Add the horseradish and bring to the boil once. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Pour into the jars and close.
  3. Keeps in the refrigerator for approx. 4 weeks.
