Instructions

  1. Mix the apples, bananas and preserving sugar in a saucepan and let the juice steep overnight. Then prepare according to the instructions on the packet and pour into clean glasses. Fall apples that are not yet fully ripe are particularly suitable for this recipe. The jam will be sweeter with the bananas.
