Ingredients

  • 1 liter apple juice, cloudy, organic
  • 750 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 1 bag / s citric acid
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, fresh, finely chopped
  • some pepper, more colorful, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Bring the apple juice with the preserving sugar and citric acid to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes while stirring.
  2. After the gelling test, turn off the heat, stir in the spices and fill into twist-off glasses.
