  • 120 g suar
  • 80 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 160 ml apple juice or kiwi juice
  • 280 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the apple and kiwi fruit. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and apple juice until frothy. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda and sieve in. Mix everything well. Add the apple and kiwi pieces and carefully stir in. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 20-25 minutes at 190 ° C.
