Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, preferably Boskoop or Sternrenetten
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 70 ml apple cider vinegar, organic, made from not-from-concentrate juice
  • 1 large lettuce heart (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, creamy
  • 500 ml mineral water
  • possibly ginger, pickled, or cucumber

Instructions

  1. First clean the ingredients. Quarter the apples and the kiwis (I leave the skin on). Chop the lettuce heart a little. Then put everything in the turbo mixer and mix for about 1 minute. If you like, you can add pickled ginger or some cucumber (it`s a matter of taste).
