- 1 leek
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- Sunflower seeds, roasted
- 1 bowl crabs

- Remove the dark leaves from the leek and cut into very fine rings (blanch briefly and quench if you intolerance). Roughly grate the apple unpeeled. Put both in a bowl. Drain and add the crabs. Add lemon juice and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
