Ingredients

  • 700 ml boiling water
  • 1 handful lemon balm, fresh
  • 200 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 1 small lemon (s), add the juice

For decoration:

  • some lemon balm
  • N / A Lemon (s), sliced
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the boiling water over the lemon balm and let it steep for 10 minutes until the water is light green and smells slightly of lemon. Strain the lemon balm. Add lemon juice and apple juice. Let cool for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Pour cold into glasses with ice cubes and serve with lemon balm and a lemon wedge.
