Ingredients

  • 200 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped or crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • a little vanilla, from the mill
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 ½ mango (s), or 1 persimmon

Instructions

  1. Core the apple and cut into small pieces. Peel the mango, cut in half and also cut into small pieces, also peel the flesh on the cut side above the bowl with the knife. Mix the nuts with the cinnamon, vanilla, fruit and yoghurt.
  2. If necessary, you can sweeten with honey, agave syrup or stevia.
