Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and distribute paper cases on the muffin trays. For the cupcakes, stir the sugar and butter until frothy and gradually add the eggs. Beat the mass for at least 3 minutes. Mix the flour with baking powder and a little cinnamon and stir in slowly at first, then briefly run the food processor on medium speed.
  2. Slice in the marzipan and cut 1 1/2 apples into very small pieces and add to the batter. Grate in the remaining half an apple and mix everything well.
  3. Divide the dough into the 18 molds and bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes (make a stick test, because not all apples are the same and therefore the dough cooks differently). Then let cool down on the wire rack.
  4. For the topping, whip the cream with a little sugar and the cinnamon until stiff and sprinkle on the cupcakes.
