Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ clove (s), ground
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ cardamom
  • 1 ½ cup applesauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy and gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in the flour with the other ingredients, except for the apple puree, and stir in. Finally stir in the apple puree. You can add 125 grams of raisins or 50 g. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then garnish with chocolate icing, love pearls or chocolate sprinkles and cut into squares.
