Ingredients

  • 500 g apples (clear or corn apples)
  • 500 g peach (s)
  • 200 ml water
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) clove powder
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 3: (500 g)

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the clear apples or corn apples, quarter them and put them in water so that they don`t tarnish. Add a dash of lemon to the water.
  2. Also peel and core the peaches and cut them into slices. Pour the preserving sugar (3: 1) over the peeled fruits and add all the ingredients. Let everything soak a little and then boil for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Then pour the mixture into the clean, prepared, hot twist-off jars, close tightly and allow to cool.
