Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 apples
  • 150 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • 3 egg (s), size M
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples with the peel and then stir in the lemon juice so that they do not turn brown.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark with the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. So that the dry ingredients can be better distributed in the mass, mix the flour with cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Stir the flour mixture into the quark mixture and fold in the grated apples.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan at medium temperature and fry the apple peppers in it in portions.
  4. If you want, you can sprinkle powdered sugar over the buffers before serving and serve.
